(version 1.5)
The Workspace display is similar to the Collection/Specimen display, but has only three tabs: Images, Collection and Literature. The top of the display contains the workspace name, description and notes you have entered that identify the purpose of and selection criteria for the workspace. The tabs contain only those items you have added to it.
You can change the description and notes from this display by click "Edit Information For This Workspace" and making the changes in the Chapter IV-7, Edit a Workspace panel. Saving or canceling the changes returns you to this display.
Each image is displayed in its own box, therefore the collection name may repeat if more than one image is tied to that collection.
Notice that the images are still checked. This check mark indicates that the image is a valid member of the workspace. The consequences of removing the check mark are explained in Remove Images, Collections or References:.
The images may be sorted by family name, genus or specific epithet by using the "Sort by:" control just under the title of the Images tab.
The bottom of the Images tab has the "Select all records." control and a button to remove selected or all images from the workspace. See Remove Images, Collections or References: for directions on deleting images from a workspace.
There is also a "Print Field Guide" option at the bottom of the Images tab. The Field Guide contains the images and collection data from this workspace. You have the same three options for the content and choices of image resolution and title specification as you do for the Field Guide on the Images tab of the Collection/Specimen display. See Chapter III-14, Field Guide for more information on the Atrium Field Guide.
The Collections tab includes a Collection List of the collections you have added to the Workspace. Only basic information is shown for each collection, but you can click "Details" on the row for the collection to see the detailed data for a collection. See Chapter III-12, Collection Detail Display for more information about the collection data.
Click the underlined column heading to sort the table by collector's name, collection number, family, genus or specific epithet. One click sorts the rows in ascending order, a second click sorts the rows in descending order.
