Family Checklist: The Family Checklist is a document intended to be used in the field. You can print it and laminate it and take a record of the collections already in the Atrium system. The printed checklist looks just like the on-screen checklist.

Species Checklist: The Family Checklist is a document intended to be used in the field. You can print it and laminate it and take a record of the collections already in the Atrium system. The printed checklist looks just like the on-screen checklist.

Print Labels: Labels for herbarium specimen can be printed through Atrium. The labels contain basic information about the specimen and have the herbarium logo. The labels are generated by Atrium and displayed in Adobe Reader so you can use the Adobe Reader print facility to print them. The labels, in Adobe Reader, look like this:

To generate labels for many collections, perform such searches as are necessary to create the Collection List on the Chapter III-9, Collection/Specimen Display: Collections tab of the Collection/Specimen display. On the Collections tab, click "Print Labels" and labels for all of the collections listed are generated and displayed in Adobe Reader to be printed.

To print labels for one collection, find the collection and click it to open the Collection Detail display. On the Collection Data and Specimen tab, click "Pint Labels for This Collection" to generate labels for the collection and specimen.

In addition, blank labels can be printed in order to add the specimen information later.
