Botanical Data
Plant Notes: Leaves terminally clustered on stout dorsiventral shoots. Leaf blades abaxially red with light green mid-vein. Calyx green with purple fimbriations. Corolla uniformly tubular; light to dark red with dark red lobes. Leaf material collected for molecular systematic studies. Photographs of this collection are in the Gesneriaceae photo file (US).
