Search Overview
Use the input fields above to define criteria for searching plots and transects data. In addition to that, use the map control to select plots and transects by location. The various map controls are described below:
SELECT - Select a single marker by clicking on it or select several by holding down the "s" key while you drag a selection box from the top left position to the bottom right. The box should fully surround the markers and must include the bottom pin point rather than the pin head of the marker. Once the box is where you want it, press the Search button.
ZOOM - Use the + and - (minus) controls within the map window to change the current zoom level. In addition to that, hold down the "z" key on the keyboard and drag a zoom selection area from the top left to the bottom right of the area you would like to zoom into. Let go of the "z" key and the map should recenter and zoom into the area that you defined.
PAN - Pan the map at any time using the left mouse button to grab an empty area of the map and dragging the mouse in any direction. You can also double click on any empty area of the map and the viewing window will recenter on that position.
CENTERING - Using your left mouse button, double click on any empty area of the map. This will cause the viewing area to recenter on that position.
