Habitat Description: Cloud forest.
Botanical Data
Plant Notes: Epiphyte; rarely terrestrial. Shoots subwoody; usually erect, but occasionally decumbent; 1.5-2.0 cm in diameter. Abaxial leaf surface reddish green to uniformly green. Mature flowers absent. Calyx lobes equal. Nectary comprised of 4 glands (with dorsal gland bilobed). Photographs of this collection are in the Gesneriaceae photo file (US).
