Botanical Data
Plant Notes: Common woody vine along road in patches of mature forest. Stems elongate, 3-5 m long. Apical portions of branches with thick brown pubescence. Abaxial leaf surface red. Pedicel red with glands on apical portion. Calyx lobes becoming cucullate when in fruit. Calyx lobes persistent in fruit. Calyx lobes green when in flower and red to white in fruit.
