Habitat Description: Cow pasture with patches of montane forest.

Botanical Data

Plant Notes: Scandent woody vine with pendent branches. Inflorescence reduced to a single axillary flower. Pedicels red; 3-10 cm long; with apical warty projections. Calyx lobes green. Corolla bilabiate; orange. Nectary comprised of five glands; 3 separate and 2 valvate on dorsal surface; additionally, there are small glands between each major gland.
