Botanical Data

Plant Notes: Epiphyte on mossy trunk. Inflorescence 3 meters tall. Flowers undulate, rugose, crispate, purple-magenta-red-brown with yellow markings. Flowers resupinate. Lip looks like abdomen of a wasp. Lip is carunculate, triangular, yellow and reddish-brown. Column brown, ovoid, like wasp head. 16 one degree branches inflor.
