Botanical Data

Plant Notes: Terrestrial herb, to 1 m tall. Stems succulent. Petiole dorsally grooved and red. Adaxial leaf surface green with white venation. Calyx light green. Corolla campanulate; purplish-blue with white specks. Fruit a fleshy capsule with yellowed reflexed valves. Photographs of this collection are in the Gesneriaceae photo file (US).
