Locality Description: Collected from the Greenhouse of Bob and Dee Stewart (Stow, MA). Stewart accession no. 12361. Obtained by Stewart's from Maryjane Evans (Randolph, NJ) in 1993. Wild origin unknown.
Botanical Data
Plant Notes: Stems erect; subwoody. Leaves succulent; equal in a pair. Pedicel red. Calyx lobes green. Corolla apically ventriose on dorsal surface; yellow with reddish lobes. Flowers resupinate and non-pendent. Nectary a bilobed gland on ventral surface. Photographs of this collection are in the Gesneriaceae photo file (US). Leaf material collected for molecular systematic studies.
