Locality Description: Cultivated plant growing at the Atlanta Botanical Garden (ABG accession # FTC = F. Tissue Culture - July 13, 2005). Wild origin: Ecuador.
Plant Notes: Herbaceous epiphyte with pendent stems. Leaves dark green adaxially; dark red abaxially. Stems and calyx with bright trichomes. Leaf material collected for molecular systematic studies. Photographs of this collection are in the Gesneriaceae photo file (US).
