Botanical Data
Plant Notes: Stems herbaceous; erect at base, then becoming horizontal to pendent. Calyx green. Corolla hypocyrtoid; mostly orange with yellow lobes. Wild origin: unknown, but probably cultivated from collection in Mato Grosso, Brazil by A. Chautems (=AC 1434). Leaf material collected for molecular systematic studies.
