You can reset your password if you have forgotten the one you had. This requires that you have set a secret question when you requested your account. You can also add a secret question to your account through the Preferences panel when you are logged in.
Select
from the main navigation bar.
The Login panel opens.
Click the "Forgot your password?" link. A panel to log in with your secret question opens.
Type in your Username and email address.
Click the "Submit" button. If you have a secret question on file, the following message is displayed:
Type the answer to your secret question.
Click the "Submit" button. The following message is displayed:

Type a new password.
Type the new password again.
Click the "Submit" button. If you have typed the same password, the following message is displayed:
.
If you did not set up a secret question, the following message is displayed at step 4.
If you did not answer the secret question correctly, the following message is displayed at step 6.
If you did not type the password in twice correctly, the following message is displayed at step 9.
