Botanical Data

Plant Notes: Stems succulent to semiwoody; erect, then becoming decumbent; 15-30 cm long. Flowers erect; corolla nearly perpendicular realative to calyx. Calyx lobes green and lanceolate. Corolla campanulate; white with red spotting at mouth; corolla lobes fimbriate. Nectary a single-lobed gland on dorsal surface. Glandular trichomes present on inner-surface of corolla. Fruits erect. Leaf material collected for molecular systematic studies.
